Reissue certificate for the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test
■For those who took examinations after April 2017
Your official score report can be printed through the dedicated site at any time and any number of times.
- ①Click on “Sign In” on the dedicated site listed above and enter your username and password.
- ② First, click on “View Score Report”, and then, click on “View” next to the respective examinations. The score certificate will be displayed; please print it as it is.
(Note that the score certificate cannot be downloaded.)
■For those who took examinations in 2016
Deadlines for reissuing your score report are as below:
<Exams in June 2016> Until June 25, 2019
<Exams in November 2016> Until November 19, 2019
Once the above deadlines have passed, the score certificate can no longer be reissued.
To apply for a reissued score report, please refer to “How to Apply for a Reissued Score Report.”
■For those who took examinations prior to 2015
Please note that score reports cannot be reissued because the reissue period has expired.
How to reissue the certificate <2016 exam only>
（1）Downloads and complete the form "Application for reissue certificate of the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test".

（2）A fee of JPY 500 per Certificate is required for reissue.
（3）Mail the necessary documents listed below:

| 2. | Copy of identity verification document(s) (e.g. Passport, student ID card etc.) |
with the fee to the address on the application form from by either one of the following methods;
| a. | Mail the necessary documents and cash (Japanese Yen) together by registered postal cash envelope. |

| b. | Mail the necessary documents and postal money order (Japanese Yen) together.

※If you wish to have your certificate mailed by express:
- If you wish to have your certificate mailed by express within Japan, please enclose 290Yen in stamp.
- If you wish to have your certificate mailed to outside of Japan by Express Mail Service , please add Express Mail Service fee in your money order.
- Express Mail Service fee, please check Japan Post website.
(4) Requests are processed approximately 1 week after receipt.
