Reissue application for the Certificate of the BJT can be accepted for the following guidance.
Reissuance of score certificate is available for 3 years from the test date.
How to reissue the certificate
（1）Downloads and complete the form “Application for reissue certificate of the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test”.
（2）A fee of JPY 500 per Certificate is required for reissue.
▼Mail the form with the fee to the address on the form by either one of the
following methods.
| （A） | Mail the application form and cash (Japanese Yen) together by registered postal cash envelope to the BJT Division of the Japan Kanji Aptitude Testing Foundation. |

| （B） | Mail the application form and Postal money order (Japanese Yen) together to the BJT Division of the Japan Kanji Aptitude Testing Foundation.

● If you wish to return your certificate within Japan by express, please enclose 270Yen in stamp.
● If you wish to return your certificate outside Japan by Express Mail Service, please add the following amount in your money order.
・Asia 900 JPY
・Oceania, North America, Central America and Middle East 1,200JPY
・Europe: 1,500JPY
・South America and Africa: 1,700JPY
（3）Requests are processed approximately 1 week after receipt.
